These Mobile Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Clay Crossing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply whenever you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Terms of Service, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
The short version: if you opt in, we may text you about your inquiry, your appointments, and our programs. You never have to agree to texts in order to receive treatment or care. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP.
Program Details
Program Name
The program is the Clay Crossing text messaging program, operated by Clay Crossing, 32018 Highway 59 , Maud, OK 74854.
Message Types
Messages you may receive include:
- Admissions follow-up: responses to an inquiry you submitted, and help with next steps toward starting care;
- Appointment reminders: confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes; and
- Program information: information about our treatment programs and services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on how you interact with us, for example, where you are in the admissions process and how many appointments you have scheduled.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Clay Crossing does not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
Consent and Preferences
How You Opt In
You join the program by giving us your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, for example, by checking the mobile consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by telling a member of our team that we may text you. By doing so, you consent to receive communications sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can receive treatment or care from Clay Crossing without ever agreeing to receive text messages, and declining will not affect your admission, your care, or the price of any service. You must be the mobile account holder and at least 18 years of age to participate.
How to Stop Messages (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may also ask us to stop by calling (405) 374-6595.
If you later want to rejoin the program, you can opt in again the same way you did the first time.
How to Get Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with support information. You can also reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
If Your Number Changes
Please tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you gave us, so we do not text someone else by mistake. You can update your number by calling (405) 374-6595.
Disclaimers and Liability
Supported Carriers and Carrier Non-Liability
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier’s network, which is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered on time, and you should not rely on text messaging for urgent or emergency communication.
Emergencies
Do not use text messaging for an emergency. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency or is in danger, call 911. If you are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (dial or text 988), or contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
Additional Information
Your Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or bought by any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share mobile information with service providers who help us operate the messaging program on our behalf, under obligations to protect that information, and with no one else for marketing or promotional purposes. Because we provide substance use disorder treatment, information about you is also protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the updated terms here.
