From Phone Call to First Day

How the Admissions
Process Works

From your first phone call to the moment you arrive on campus, we handle the logistics so you can focus on getting better.

01

Confidential Assessment

Call us at any hour. A real person will answer, listen to your situation, and conduct a free clinical pre-screening to determine the right level of care. No judgment, no pressure.

02

Insurance Verification

We contact your insurance provider directly and verify your benefits, typically within one hour. You will know exactly what is covered before making any commitment. See accepted providers.

03

Travel Coordination

Whether you are driving from Oklahoma City or flying in from out of state, we help arrange every detail. Many of our residents come from across the country for the quality of care we provide.

04

Arrival and Intake

You will be welcomed by our medical and clinical staff. Intake includes a full health assessment, your individualized treatment plan, a campus tour, and getting settled into your room.

Insurance and Payment

Cost Should Never
Stop Your Recovery

Clay Crossing works with major insurance networks to cover the cost of detox, residential, and partial hospitalization care. If your provider is not listed below, call us anyway. We can still run a verification to check your out-of-network benefits.

Coverage depends on your specific policy and medical necessity criteria.

Reach Out for Help

If you or a loved one is seeking drug or alcohol addiction treatment, we are here for you. Give us a call or visit our contact page to submit your details. A compassionate member of our team will reach out promptly to discuss your situation and treatment options.

Your First Day

What to Expect
When You Arrive

Arriving at a treatment center can feel intimidating. At Clay Crossing, we have designed day one to feel calm, welcoming, and structured so you know exactly what is happening at every moment.

Medical Evaluation

Our nursing staff completes a full health assessment, reviews your medications, and ensures you are medically stable for treatment.

Clinical Assessment

Your primary counselor reviews your history, identifies co-occurring conditions, and begins building your individualized treatment plan using ASAM criteria.

Campus Tour and Room Assignment

A staff member walks you through the campus, introduces you to the community, and gets you settled into your private or shared room.

Orientation and First Group

You will meet the men in your cohort, learn the daily schedule, and join your first group session or community meal. Most men say the anxiety disappears within the first few hours.

A new patient enters the reception area of the residential men's rehab center to begin his intake process.
