Results-Driven PHP
at Clay Crossing.
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), commonly referred to as day treatment, is an intensive, structured form of outpatient rehab. Unlike inpatient care, patients live at home and travel to a treatment facility each day for programming.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) defines a PHP as any program providing at least 6 hours of treatment per day. At Clay Crossing, PHP typically involves 6- to 8-hour sessions held 5 to 7 days per week, allowing patients to receive hospital-level care while still returning home each evening.

PHP gave me structure when I needed it most. I wasn’t ready to go home and figure it out alone, but I didn’t need to be locked in either. Coming here every day, doing the work, then going back to my apartment and practicing what I learned — that’s what made it stick.
